Payment FAQ

1.Q:What type of payments do you accept?

A: We accept cash, checks, money orders ,credit/debit cards, contactless cards (minimum $5.00 for credit/debit card transactions at our Princeton area office), Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Wallet and specifically at our Princeton-Hightstown rd office we also accept Bitcoin*, Litecoin* ,Ethereum*, Dash* and Zcash* (Certain terms and restrictions apply for these cryptocurrencies see below for details).

2.Q:How to pay by Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dash and Zcash?

A: Please contact either by SMS text/iMessage at (609)-865-8699 PRIOR  to coming in for appointment for billing by bitcoin, litecoin or ethereum. Payment is due at the time of service. Please note that we do NOT accept Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dash or Zcash at our Elizabeth, NJ branch. 

3.Q: How can I find out if my insurance is accepted?

A: We accept most insurances at our offices, you may call our office to find out if your insurance plan is accepted. Please refer to the "Contact Us/Directions" section for our respective office phone numbers.

4.Q.When is payment due?

A: All payments and copays are due at time of service

5.Q: Where can I obtain directions to Windsor Medical Center offices?

A: Our "Contact Us/Directions" section of the top left corner of this page contains directions, addresses and a Google map of each of our offices. Please do not hesistate to call the office if you have questions.

6. Q: Veteran and Military discounts

A:  All veterans and active duty person receive 10% off on Saturdays, please display your valid veteran or military id. If you had an appointment scheduled and the doctor has to cancel your scheduled appointment, you will be rescheduled and will receive a 15% discount for the rescheduled appointment regardless of what day it is on.

7.Q: Cancellations?

A:  Please give us a notice if you decide to cancel an appointment and we will look to reschedule you for another date, however if your cancellations are frequent and without good reason or notice then we reserve the right to refuse you service. If the cancellation is done by the physician (ex. if the doctor cannot make the scheduled appointment) we will reschedule you and you will receive a 10% discount for the rescheduled appointment.
